This weekend is the Great American Beer Festival happening in Denver, Colorado. Diploma Master Brewer and Vice President of Production at Pedernales Brewing Company, Peter McFarlane, has been going to the festival since 1989 and has been a judge off and on since 1992. He’s been asked to be a judge again this year. I swung by his neck of the woods in Fredericksburg, Texas this past summer. If you like to geek out like I do about the chemistry, craft and plain old good taste of beer, this show is for you. Listen in as Peter and I taste a good bit of his Pedernales portfolio.
