It’s Mile of Music this weekend in Appleton, Wisconsin where one of the most inclusive music festivals happens with the artists in mind. A most thought provoking songwriter, Bonnie Whitmore, will be included in the line-up. This is one voice of Americana which cannot be mistaken. On her latest album, Fuck With Sad Girls, Whitmore offers a certain Friedanesque soundtrack for a new generation of feminism.
